Cameron Norrie’s stunning girlfriend Louise Jacobi watches his Wimbledon clash against Djokovic with a glass from stands

LOUISE JACOBI looked radiant as she watched boyfriend Cameron Norrie lock horns with Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals of Wimbledon.

And long-term girlfriend Jacobi was among the crowd of Brits cheering on the underdog.

Jacobi, 32, donned a backless stripey dress and a sleek pair of sunglasses as she watched her man go toe-to-toe with the Serbian slugger.

The American made sure to take on plenty of liquids as she was spotted sipping a drink out of a fancy glass.

Jacobi and Norrie first met one another in the summer of 2019 and quickly hit it off.

But it wasn’t until she was laid off from her job that the pair really became close.

Jacobi told PA: “When he asked me (to go to Vienna), I thought, ‘I guess this guy doesn’t live a normal life, and it’s not like I can meet (him) down the street and go to dinner together.’

“So I went on this trip and was only supposed to be in Vienna for five days, and things just went really well.

“I had a wonderful time with him.

“In some weird way, I was like: ‘Thank God I got laid off when I did’, because we were able to build the foundation of our relationship before Covid hit.”

Norrie booked his spot in the last four of the SW19 tournament with a stunning victory in a five-set thriller with David Goffin.

Proud girlfriend Jacobi said of the match: “It was surreal.

“When your significant other is crying in front of you – like choking up – how could I keep a dry eye?

Cameron Norrie pushed Novak Djokovic in the first set of their semi-final tie

“I remember him saying when we first met: ‘Oh, my dream would be to be in the top 10.’

“Back then I didn’t know it was going to transpire, and just watching his hard work pay off has been insane.”

Despite Norrie’s exploits at Wimbledon thrusting them into the limelight, Jacobi is determined to keep their relationship out of the public eye.

She said: “For the most part he and I try to keep our personal lives private.

“For both of us, trying to maintain a sense of normalcy is something we definitely agree on.”
