EMMA RADUCANU goes into her second Wimbledon seeded tenth following her meteoric rise to the top of the game.
The British star, 19, burst onto the scene at last year’s SW19, storming to the fourth round before being forced to retire with breathing difficulties.
Raducanu would go on to win an historic US Open title in September after failing to drop a set through qualifying or the main draw.
Despite struggling with injuries ever since, the Kent ace has been seeded tenth for Wimbledon 2022 – with on-fire Iga Swiatek No1.
Raducanu is currently ranked No11 in the world, but has jumped up a spot in the seedings with Belarusian world No6 Aryna Sabalenka missing the tournament.
Russian and Belarusian players have been banned from this year’s tournament due to the Ukraine invasion.
