The Brit was forced to draw on all her reserves of energy and spirit to overcome Roland Garros junior champion Linda Noskova in round one.

But she will have to be in top form to overcome her next opponent, who has already beaten her once before.

Belarussian national Aliaksandra Sasnovich secured a crushing 6-2, 6-4 victory over Raducanu at the Indian Wells Masters last October – the Brit’s first match after winning the US Open.
