The former tennis star had declared himself bankrupt around the time of the visit

Panicked Boris declared himself bankrupt around the time of the 2017 visit.

Lilly said: “The guy tries to go into the master bedroom but Boris had hid the horses.

“You have to pay taxes on them and he hadn’t.

“You see the funny side of the story because you walk into the bedroom and there’s a horse. I’m sorry, that’s funny.”

An ITVX documentary also tells how the two-times Wimbledon champ blew £100million on a playboy lifestyle.

Becker, who has four kids by three women, was jailed last year for hiding assets after declaring himself bankrupt. He was let out after eight months.

Second wife Lilly, 47, who lives in London, says: “There’s just something about this guy.

“He is sweet, kind, funny.

“But he’s also arrogant and he’s a liar. All the women and the girls and the gossip, I was insecure.

“There was no guide, I wasn’t prepared but he’s done this all his life.”

Lilly said one day he said he wanted to marry then told her: “We’re not going to work out.”

He changed his mind again, and she stayed by him when his financial woes deepened. They were wed from 2009-18.

Two-part show Boris Becker: Rise and Fall starts on July 13.

In it Becker, 55, denies not paying taxes on horses and hiding them in the bedroom.
