Is Rafa Nadal playing Wimbledon 2023?

Rafa Nadal will not be playing at Wimbledon this year.

The Spaniard underwent keyhole hip surgery in June, after injuring his hip flexor at the Australian Open in January.

This has ruled him out for at least five months.

He was unable to defend his French Open crown in May.

The 37-year-old will also sit out the US Open in September.

Nadal is targeting a return to tennis at the end of the year at the Davis Cup, ahead of what is expected to be his last on the Tour next year.
