The 25-year-old had hip surgeryin the summer of 2018 and saw a February comeback stall after revealing her ambition to be part of Great Britains Fed Cup team next year.

She has since taken a break from the court to escape to Noosa Heads in Queensland, where Robson wowed fans on Instagram.

Posting pictures of herself smiling in a red polka dot bikini, the Australia-born star wrote: “Me looking at the London forecast.”

Fellow tennis ace Katie Swan commented: “Now thats an inferno Pilates bod.”

Katie Boulter replied: “It’s a yes from me”, and one more fan said “Cheered up my drizzly Friday.”

Laura revealed last month that she is back on court at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton following a series of persistent wrist and hip problems.

She admitted that is taking inspiration from former partner Murray, who will complete a sensational turnaround from the brink of retirement to make his Gram Slam singles return at the Australian Open in January.

Robson told Standard Sport: I am just back on court recently, so I dont want to rush it.

Hips are very tricky, and Ive spent a lot of time rehabbing so Im excited to get back out there.

[Murrays] been at the national centre as well so weve seen him a lot and its been amazing to see his progress.

We all saw him quite soon after his surgery, to where he is now, and you can see after every match the improvement that hes making as well where you just get more used to it.

You have to take motivation from that because hes worked so hard to get back out there. Hes got a totally bionic hip now, so hes one-upped me there, but Ive had access to the same rehab programmes and physios as he has, so fingers crossed Im able to do the same.
