EMMA Raducanu showed off her strength as she lifted almost FOUR times her weight in her latest training session.

The tennis star, 19, was lifting 180kg with a 20kg while her trainer cheered her on.

Emma, who weights around 55kg, wrote on Instagram: “Finishing the week strong w some good faces & a nice round number. happy weekend.”

Fellow tennis player Naomi Broady commented: “Okurrrrr mama. I see those stacks of plates.”

Personal trainer Alice Liveing also said: “YESSS Emma! It is honestly so good to see women lifting heavy weights and embracing all the positive benefits of resistance training.”

The Kent teenager became a worldwide sensation when she won the 2021 US Open title last September on her debut and in flawless fashion – without dropping a set in 10 matches that started in qualifying.
