TENNIS ace Magda Linette joked her hopes of finding a husband were given a hit after a savage cartoon.
The Polish star, 31, has been making her final preparations for Wimbledon but suffered early shock defeats at the warm-up events in Nottingham and Birmingham.

That continued her wretched run of form since her shock run to the Australian Open semi-finals in January, last putting back-to-back wins together in March and losing to Emma Raducanu in Indian Wells.
And after the No3 seed was crushed 6-3 6-0 by Zhu Lin in the Rothesay Classic on Wednesday, Linette’s mood was made even worse as she discovered a hilarious caricature drawing.
The image has her playing a backhand – but while her body, arms and legs are in proportion, her neck expands and she has a ginormous head.
To top it off, the extra emphasis on the nose incredibly makes it bigger than the tennis ball – and not much smaller than her racket.
At least the drawing, based on her success Down Under, depicts Linette with a beaming smile.
Nevertheless, she could not resist a cheeky pop at ATP Challenger Tour tournament that had shared the artwork at this week’s event.
Linette wrote: “Poznan Open, not helping me in my search for a husband. Not helping,” finishing with a laughing emoji.
And some of her 42,000 Twitter followers replied with touching messages of support for the world No20.

One said: “You are a cutie pie!! You will find your soulmate soon.”
Another wrote: “I got you Magda.”
A third added: “Nobody nose what they were thinking.”
And a final supporter commented: “You’re beautiful and a very nice person. I recently met you at Birmingham. Thanks for the selfie it made my day.”
Linette heads to the All England Club next month hoping to improve on reaching round three in 2019 and 2021.
