Kounde on the other hand is a top priority, despite the 23-year-old being strongly linked with Chelsea.

Barca chief Joan Laporta is said to be considering a player-plus-cash deal, which would include sending right-back Sergino Dest to Sevilla.

Franck Kessie and Andreas Christensen are expected to arrive on free transfers, although Financial Fair Play rules are currently said to be preventing them from being registered.
