Although he still earns more than new signing Fabio Vieira, who is on a surprisingly low salary after his £35million move from Porto.

Gabriel Jesus would slot in as the highest earner at the Emirates if he joins this summer

According to reports in Portugal, via football.london, Vieira is set to pick up just £25k-a-week on his five-year contract with the Gunners.

Figures from Sportrac say Saka picks up just £30k-a-week on his current deal.

Although that might get a hefty hike soon with Arsenal set to launch negotiations over a new and improved contract for the 20-year-old in the near future.

Thomas Partey is the current top earner on a reported £200k-a-week, although Gabriel Jesus is set to top that if he joins this summer.

Negotiations between Arsenal and Manchester City over a deal for the striker are said to be at an advanced stage.

The 25-year-old has been offered a deal worth around £13.7million-a-year, according to journalist Nabil Djellit, which works out at a staggering £264k-a-week.

But if the Gunners qualify for the Champions League it’s claimed his wage would be increased to £14.6m-a-year.

That works out at an incredible £280k-a-week and would comfortably make the 25-year-old the highest-earner at the Emirates.

Sportrac’s figures show Hector Bellerin to be the fourth-highest earner at the Emirates on £110k-a-week.

But the Spaniard was shipped out on loan to Real Betis last year and is desperate for a permanent return to the LaLiga club.

Eddie Nketiah now earns £100k-a-week, according to Just Arsenal, after recently penning a new long-term contract with the club.

And backup keeper Bernd Leno is also on £100k-a-week, significantly more than the £62k that website Football Transfers claim No1 stopper Aaron Ramsdale to be on.

Benchwarmer Nicolas Pepe takes home £140k-a-week to be Arsenal’s second-highest earner, although the Gunners are prepared to let the club-record signing leave this summer.
