Billionaire racing magnate Stronach, left, is selling up after a family feud

Austrian and Canadian business magnate Frank Stronach, 89, built his £1.2billion fortune after founding auto parts manufacturer Magna International.

But in October 2018 he sued his daughter Belinda alleging she ‘mismanaged’ TSG, the family company, which has interests in racing and gambling.

Belinda denied the claims and the pair settled out of court before the whole drama was played out in public.

The family have long been involved in racing and Frank set up Adena Springs in the Nineties as the base for his breeding and training operation.

It has been described as the ‘perfect’ operation but now is up for sale with a whopping price tag.

The whole place is steeped in history, with the likes of Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Awesome Again being bred there, and his son and Horse of the Year Ghostzapper.

It occupies absolutely masses of land.

And even the paddocks have rounded edges because it is safer for the horses.

But a colossal operation such as this needs a lot of people running it.

And that’s why the property features its own ’employee village’ made up of 11 separate homes, with either four or two bedrooms in each.

There is a full-size football pitch, a basketball court and volleyball court and swimming pool for staff to enjoy in their downtime.

The property, in Kentucky, US, can home more than 1,000 horses in its 20 barns and is being sold by Justice Real Estate and Icon Global.
