Fury said: “Thor, I’m gonna come to Iceland and set about you, you big dosser.”

But Bjornsson – who played The Mountain in Game of Thrones – goaded the Gypsy King in response.

He hit back: “I just finished my second session of the day, a good session with my coach Billy Nelson:

“I have a question for one guy. Tyson Fury, where the f*** are you?

“I thought you said you’d come to Iceland. Are you afraid? Show yourself.”

Bjornsson, 33, beat Eddie Hall, 34, in their super-heavyweight grudge match in March.

A month later Fury, 33, knocked out Dillian Whyte, 34, and announced his retirement from professional boxing.

Although he confirmed fighting in exhibitions, against the likes of Bjornsson and UFC champion Francis Ngannou, 35, remained possible.

Fury recently said online: “Just finished a brutal session and I can only think about destroying one person.

“Thor! I’m coming for you, Thor. You’re getting it, sucker. There’s only room for one big dog and that’s me!”

Thor responded: “I f****** love this, Tyson. Me and you in the ring like f****** Vikings.

“This is going to be a bloodbath, but I f***ing can’t wait. Let’s do this!”
