Ex-Everton star considering legal action after being told he won’t be charged with child sex offences

AN ex-Everton footballer arrested on suspicion of child sex offences is considering taking legal action against the police after being told he won’t be charged following a two-year investigation.

He is no longer at Everton after his contract ran out.

Everton said previously the player had been suspended pending the probe
