THE first televised fixtures of the new Premier League season have been revealed.
The top-flight of English footie resumes on August 11, with defending champions Manchester City lighting the blue touch paper.

Man City’s clash with Burnley will be the first televised fixture of the 2023/24 season
Arsenal vs Nottingham Forest will be the first man broadcast on TNT Sports
And the Treble winner’s Friday night clash with Burnley will be the first televised match of the 2023/24 season – which will be broadcast on Sky Sports.
Arsenal‘s season opener against Nottingham Forest – who killed off the North Londoners’ slim title hopes in May – will be aired at 12:30pm on Saturday, August 12.
The match will be the FIRST Prem game to be shown on the brand-spanking new TNT Sports – which was formerly BT Sport.
Newcastle‘s clash with Aston Villa, which will be shown on Sky Sports, rounds out Saturday’s live matches.
Tottenham‘s London derby with Brentford on Sunday will also be televised.
As will Chelsea and Mauricio Pochettino‘s tough tussle with Liverpool – which kicks off at 4:30pm.
Both matches will be aired on Sky Sports.
Manchester United‘s clash with Wolves on the following Monday – which will also be aired on Sky – closes out the first round of televised Prem fixtures.
