Leno will have to be at his best against his old team this weekend

Arsenal v Fulham

Fulham fans should be worried by their team's performances so far this season.

They managed to beat Everton in the opening weekend, but Bernd Leno's heroic nine saves played a big part in that victory.

Last Saturday, Brentford comfortably won 3-0 at Craven Cottage, and the expected goals (xG) statistics indicate that the winning margin could have been even greater.

Considering Fulham has allowed their opponents to take 36 shots in the first two matches, it is highly likely that Arsenal will dominate the game against Marco Silva's side at home.

While the most common prediction is 2-0 in favor of Arsenal, we believe that's too conservative.

Our Prediction: Arsenal 4-0 Fulham

Erik ten Hag will demand a response from his side after defeat to Spurs

Manchester United v Nottingham Forest

Steve Cooper's Nottingham Forest has struggled away from home since their Premier League promotion, earning only eight points on the road in the past year.

Normally, Manchester United would feel confident about securing a big win, but they have looked out of sorts in the early stages of the season.

Despite their victory against Wolverhampton, they were outplayed, and their defeat to Tottenham has left manager Erik ten Hag with some issues to address.

However, the underlying numbers suggest that Man United has created chances reasonably well, and a slight improvement in their finishing could lead to positive results.

Our Prediction: Manchester United 2-1 Nottingham Forest

Top of the league!

Brighton v West Ham

Can Brighton make it a hat-trick of 4-1 victories?

After their impressive win against Chelsea, West Ham deserves more credit, but facing Brighton at the Amex Stadium is a daunting task.

Roberto De Zerbi's side has been on fire in attack, and with Nayef Aguerd suspended, it will be challenging for West Ham to hold their ground.

Brighton has generated more xG from open play than any other club in the league after two Matchweeks, and it's not even close.

Our Prediction: Brighton 3-1 West Ham

How many goals will Erling Haaland score at Bramall Lane?

Sheffield United v Manchester City

Just like the Fulham v Arsenal match, this fixture screams a high-scoring game.

Sheffield United allowed Nottingham Forest 16 shots and Crystal Palace 24 shots in their previous matches.

Paul Heckingbottom's side needs to tighten up significantly if they want to avoid a heavy defeat against Erling Haaland and the rest of Manchester City's attacking lineup.

In contrast, the reigning champions are the only team yet to concede a goal in the Premier League this season.

The most common predictions all involve Manchester City keeping a clean sheet.

Our Prediction: Manchester City 5-0 Sheffield United

Eddie Howe will be glad to be back in action at St James' Park

Newcastle v Liverpool

This is the most competitive Score Predictor fixture in Matchweek 3.

Eddie Howe's Newcastle had an impressive victory against Aston Villa but struggled against Manchester City.

Liverpool, on the other hand, secured an expected win against Bournemouth following their entertaining draw at Stamford Bridge.

Jurgen Klopp's team continues to be a threat in attack but vulnerable in defense, which also accurately describes Newcastle's defensive performance last season.

While Newcastle has the home advantage and equipped to exploit Liverpool's weaknesses, it would be unwise to bet against a team that includes Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah.

The most popular guess among Score Predictor players is a 2-2 draw, and we tend to agree.

Our Prediction: Newcastle 2-2 Liverpool
