THE big one is back – two years after the sport’s top racehorses competed in the world’s famous race.
Yes, the Grand National is nearly upon us.
Last year we had to make do with a virtual version after coronavirus scuppered plans for the 4m 2½ contest taking place for real.
But this time round punters up and down the country will be tuning in to see who can take Tiger Roll’s crown.
The defending champion won’t be there, but that doesn’t diminish a top class field.
Here, SunSport runs through the TV schedule for the week, so you won’t miss a second.
When is the Grand National?
The Grand National race itself takes place at 5.15pm on Saturday, April 10.
That contest forms part of the three-day Aintree Festival, which starts on Thursday, April 8.
