IGA SWIATEK crushed teen sensation Coco Gauff in the French Open final to show why she’s the new and dominant world No1.

Pole Swiatek beat the 18-year-old American 6-1 6-3 for her sixth tournament success in a row as she went 35 matches unbeaten.

Poland’s Iga Swiatek romped to victory in the French Open final

Gauff struggled with her forehand in her first Grand Slam final whereas Swiatek was imperious on her way to a second Roland Garros crown.

Gauff did come out swinging midway through the second set but by then it was too late.
